Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with product managers & developers to understand project goals and requirements. 
• Design intuitive and aesthetically pleasing user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and mock-ups to communicate design concepts and user flows. 
• Conduct user research and testing to validate design decisions and iterate on designs.
• Create design specifications and style guides to ensure consistency across all products.
• Work closely with development teams to ensure designs are implemented as per requirements. 
• Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design.

 Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in design or a related field.
• Strong portfolio showcasing design work for web and mobile applications. Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Familiarity with user research and testing methods.
• Understanding of front-end development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• A passion for learning and staying up to date with the latest design trends and technologies.
