We have developed an application that takes minimal time to access any cases and show its details and documents in one place. Since the workflow can change from time to time, we developed a solution that helps authorized personnel build and maintain their own workflow.

The customer was the health department of a government body. Which handles a large number of medical claims from the citizen of the country, wanted to automate workflow management and report generation of those claims.

We developed an application that takes minimal time to access any cases and show its details and documents in one place. Moreover, the application also ensures that only authorized personnel can view the requested details. Also, since the workflow can change from time to time, we developed and integrated a solution that helps the authorized personnel build and maintain their own workflow.
